Terms of Service
Effective date: May 25, 2025
These terms apply to all services provided by Fabrika Cleaning LLC in Miami, Florida.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning of:

• Upholstered furniture
• Mattresses
• Rugs and carpets
• Car interiors

Services are performed using professional equipment and safe cleaning solutions.
2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via messaging platforms.
• We may require a deposit to secure a booking.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, credit card.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $20.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or incorrect prior cleaning.
• While we do our best to remove all stains, some deep or old stains may be permanent.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Please make sure the area is accessible and ready for cleaning.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
